Those familiar with clients, or users of MUSHclient might like to try-out 4D's own plugin. With this plugin you'll get a better view of the surroundings as you'll see the graphical map of the surrounding rooms at the right part of the client.

At the bottom you'll find different bars that represent your remaining hp, mana-points and movepoints.

And of course there are some extra's like the avatars, the buttons that show you have a spell casted upon you, etc.

Also as last reminder, the Halloween Zone will close this weekend, so if you still want a feel of the special atmosphere in the Del'Vante house, be sure to visit it now before the hungry ghosts and other strange creatures take over the area.

Since Halloween or Hallow's Eve as some call it, is coming near we are writing out a small competition.

So those of you who have ever wanted to write a ghost or Halloween story (or maybe you have already?) now is the time. Each submitted story will be judged and the prizes are:

First: 1 silver token and an imm prize
Second : 1 silver token
Third: 3 bronze
Other eligible stories: 1 bronze

Now what are eligible stories? The judges (Kvetch, Diandra and maybe some other victim) will decide :)

Stories can be submitted by email to: Diandra.4d@gmail.com before Wednesday the 28 of October. This will give the judges some time to pick out the best. The winners will be announced around Halloween.

Also the best stories will be published on our website/forum and the facebookthing.

It has come to our attention (thanks to Sarias for letting us know) that the 'click to play'-option on the website is no longer working.

Until this is fixed, and those who don't have the ability to load a client to log in, can still connect to the game through the client that Mudgamers provide.

There has been some complaints about the Trainers being too hard to find for new players. So to remedy that, we've done a few changes today:

1. From now on all the Class Guildmasters teach all the Tier 1 skills and spells for their respective Class.
2. These Guildhalls are now only open to players of the right Class.
3. The Opas and the Potion of Seeing that are sold in the Esper Guild can now also be purchased at Palpatine's Bar in the Spaceport.

Nothing else has been changed. All the other Trainers still teach the skills and spells that they used to teach. You still need to seek out those to train the skills and spells from Tier 2 upwards.

The info on the website will be changed presently to reflect this change. The helpfiles are also updated now.

With the implementation of the new Training system, the Trainers, who can teach you skills and spells, have now been scattered throughout the Realms.

Though to make things a bit easier, the list of all the Trainers have been published on our website and this per Dimension and Zone. This list can be found following these directions: Features, Location Trainers.

For those who like to read, I can hereby announce that most of the background stories of our players who asked for an RP-flag over time, have been published again. A list of the characters can be found at the following link: http://4dimensions.org/node/PlayerStories.

In case your story isn't there but you still have a copy somewhere, please send it to Diandra.4d@gmail.com and I'll get it published as soon as possible.

And for the people, who currently don't have the RP-flag but want to obtain one, write up an IC-background story of how your character got into the Realms of 4D and send it to the same emailadress. If you need any help or pointers, ask one of the RPL's ingame.

Once your story is approved, your character will get the RP-flag ingame and your story will be published on the website.

It took some time, but we can finally announce that all the available maps have been placed online again.

For once we don't have 4 sections but 5 area's since with the addition of the Gladiator Arena, the centralzone, more known is Recall, has two maps of its own.

Once you have clicked on the corresponding link of a certain zone, another webpage will open where you'll get to see the map.

As you can see in the left column we've got a working forum again. The way to use the forum is a bit different than our previous forum, so it will take some getting used to.

Everyone can read the forumposts, but only registered users to the website will be able to post. If we get too many spammers posting adverts and such, we'll have to change that. That would mean that only approved, registered users will be able to post. People who then have used their charactername will be approved faster then others.

As you can see we are currently working on updating our website again.
