Actually ive gotten about 30-40 deeds nonstop without leaving a zone in a hour.

yeah, I stick by my clear exaggeration. I've consistently been able to pick up multiples of deeds so far. It doesn't look like much of an in between during claims, and thus can totally change a million hands (not literally, duh) in very little time.
