Title: The greatest and the dirtiest deeds

Quote
You say, 'I want to make a thread just posting about all the dirty and great stuff I've ever achieved and done on 4D'

You say, 'I wonder if that's a good idea'

Asmodeus says, 'What are some highlights of this possible thread'

You say, 'Lots and lots of gossipy stuff about me or people I know'

Asmodeus rubs his chin thoughtfully and goes 'Hmmmm...'

Asmodeus says, 'i vote yes'

Asmodeus says, 'i'll back you up'

So yeah, this is gonna be as unorganized as possible.  Mostly on purpose, and mainly because I don't want to organize my thoughts.  It's really just a jumble of random drivel and nostalgic thoughts.  So point-form?  Yeah, point-form sounds good.

- Approximately a week after I started playing 4D, I got a public telling off from Mordecai to stop multi-playing.  His disconnected my alt which I was in the process of transferring some newbie zone quest item to turn in for a bronze token.

- I believe I was the 3rd person to achieve GM.  First and second were Karth and Malfestus, no idea who got it in what order.  I was the first to play GM as a caster and boy was it ridiculously overpowered back then.

- I think I was the first player to kill Gojira as a caster.  Killing Gojira isn't very much different than killing him nowadays, except he actually does kill you with encircle and there weren't as many neat items back then (Exhibit A: Wand of Recall).  It took about 3-4 hours to kill him, and I even had to leave for dinner in between.  When he had less than 5% hp left, everyone got disconnected from the server for about 5 minutes.  Needless to say, I was ready to murder somebody (And I did, the mud didn't crash and I logged back in to finish off Gojira)

- Voltron used to be susceptible to ranged magical attacks.  I, along with a few others, used to kill him repeatedly with zero risk involved.

- Solana once caught me red-handed farming a silver token from her zone that wasn't an intended load.

- I've also farmed a certain treasure chest containing a silver token many many times.  So much that the key to it eventually got changed to purge_on_drop and timered.  Honestly, I'm surprised it wasn't changed earlier since I'm sure other players have done the exact same thing.  (Cough, you know who you are)  Also, for any of the uninformed people wondering how unfair this chest is, rest assured the key also loads randomly in one of thousands of rooms?  I don't know.  It's just not easy.

- I was "caught" botting lumberjacking trees when logs used to pay in tokens.  Apparently, it counts as botting as long as you have a trigger.  It doesn't matter if you're actually at the computer and watching the invis imm playing with your triggers with echos and immediately asking what they wanted.

- My lifetime token count among all my characters, I've ever created...  Well, I can't give an accurate amount, but a guesstimate would be nearly 90 gold tokens.  My first (new code) character contributed to about 34 of those.  My actual first character on the old code achieved 1 gold token.  Almost all from farming.

- I once encountered a bug where you can turn in the same farming product several times for multiple rewards.  I gossiped about the bug and Mordecai promptly forced me to drop everything and then froze me.

- My first meeting with Virisin went something like this (liberties taken with conversation where necessary)

Me: What are bronze tokens for
Io: I'll pay you 1 mil coins for it
Everyone: newbie, you're getting ripped off bad
Io: He needs the money more than the token
Me: Yeah okay

- My first impression of Rayne went something like this (same as above)

(Mud crashes, everyone reconnects)
Rayne: Sorry everyone, that was my fault
Me: Lol, you just killed all my elementals, you owe me some new ones
Rayne: Shut the hell up, I don't owe you anything
Darkwolf: Rayne, leave the poor newbie alone

Conclusion: Mudding is SRS BZNZ

- My first impression of Kita went something like this (once again, the same as above)

Exodus does some emote
Me, doing the same thing
Someone else, also doing the same thing
Kita: Stop it guys, it's getting annoying
Exodus continues bleeding colors via emote
Me, doing the same thing
Someone else, also being an annoying douchebag
Kita leaves west.

Exodus: I'm honestly surprised she didn't leave earlier

I'm glad you don't hold grudges Kita :P  That or you have a very poor memory.

- Back on the old code, I used to make level 1 alts, go link-dead with them but group them with my main character and fight stuff.  I'd get a massive exp bonus for having a large group, and apparently nobody detected that I ever did this.

- The first clan I ever tried to join was Dark-Jedi.  Lionheart turned me down because I wasn't experienced enough.  I made some cheesy comment about not giving up and trying later and he apparently liked my attitude.  I later joined Vikings.

- I'm personally quite proud of myself for solving some of the hardest quests in 4D with zero help from anybody, including Fenizia main quest, Rainbow Serpent Skin, Nala's collar, and Seti's main quest.  Quests I'm not so proud of (cough) includes VE main quest, suntan quest, and Snow White's quest.

I think that's enough for one night.  I'll post more when I feel like it.  Possibly never.

I wish I remember some of the incidents that lead to me getting banned for 2 weeks and then banned for 2 months the day the first ban was finished.

I also wish I remembered how many times I have been junked and how many times I've junked players or player houses...

I could do a cool one of these..

I believe I have a file you sent me deep down somewhere in my computer. It contained a narration of all your bad deeds, and the purpose of it was of course to convince me to give you a statue in the Hall of Fame. :P

And, Hayato, I am offended that I'm not mentioned in any of your recollections. Surely I must have squashed you some time?

I'll be looking forward to your version, Viri :P

And Molly, sadly I don't think there were that many gossipy things that involved you :P I'll let you decide if that's a good thing or not.  I can't think of any off the top of my head anyway, but that might be because I'm currently very very tired.

Well, since I posted, I might as well post a short one.

- There was a time when the bug and typo report files could be accessed via the old 4D website online.  Many players, including myself, browsed the bugs looking for anything that could be abused :P  (Un)fortunately, our efforts were not fruitful.

- It was during the above time that I made a report about a script that could essentially hand out infinity tokens.  That was also the fastest I've ever seen a bug get fixed.

- Tocharaeh, if you've ever wondered who it was, it was Once.  Just fyi.

- Shortly before I deleted my GM, I found a bug that could produce billions of gold.  I reported the bug, then proceeded to illegitly create 10 billion+ gold.  I never did get punished for that, even though I'm sure at least one of the imms knew.

- It wasn't Exodus, but me, who found out how to spy on the hero channel.  That doofus revealed it to the Molly in the middle of one of their arguments not even one day after I showed him.  Of course, he claimed to have found the glitch to prevent the imms from punishing me for not reporting the bug.  I never did get anything much out of it anyway, except that Mordecai likes to go golfing.

- Exodus did actually ask me for quest hints, for the very few quests I managed to do before him.  I learnt to be vague though, so no, he never did get straight answers from me.

Hayato: I knew it!

My bad deeds:

Actually... I've never once cheated. God I'm boring.. *sighs*

I managed to piss off a "newbie" once after telling him to cease and discontinue his bad behavior in Recall. When he failed to do so, I pushed him a couple times out of Recall. He deleted, and after Tocharaeh bashing on the IMM channel, I lost my Helper title for like 3 months. Those who DID support me, you r0x0r all day long in my heart. *cough Molly, Horus and Thotter cough*

I think I junked like two people in my entire life on 4D...mostly cause I don't believe in junking.

Though the LH scripting o' major junking still exist. That had all of his eq mapped out, for a very thorough junking. (haha, and now he's a sic so it's useless..and he's cool now )

I made Alayna, and Sauvitas go away for a long time.  You can decide if that was a bad thing or not ;)

I got 1 slight hint from Exodus, while living together in a dump IRL, concerning the serp skin. I couldn't figure out why something kept happening after I did something to the lizard.

Ok I'll try list some of the stuff I've done. This will be unorganized and may take a while.  :-\

- One of the very first 'quests' I ever did was finding my way to Rahkz and killing him. I was reasonably new at the time and LionHeart made me show him all the way through the temple and then helped kill Rahkz and stole the wings and perzed them to that set of Rahkz wings that is still now always being passed around. Devilish dark bat wings or something. THEY WERE MINE!

- When I was very new I hung around with Abraham and Flint, both of whom had 50+ damroll which was pretty cool on the old code, and both of them told me I would never ever get more than 60 damroll. Then when LionHeart kitted me out in some quite good stuff Abraham junked me out of jealousy. Later that day a bunch of Sicilians, Robin and co junked Abraham for his rudeness.

- Another time when I was ridiculously new, Soulstar was powerlevelling me against guildmasters in Olde Yorke when suddenly Zsijn and Singer show up grouped and attack him. I can't remember anymore if Souly got away but I know the Assassin killed me.

- One of the first big 'cheating' incidents I was involved in was when I was a Dark-Jedi and was one of the first to complete Seraphines new zone, Enchanted Lands. LionHeart made me show him through those quests in return for info on other things I've since forgotten. Lots of people were involved in this though, I remember it being a real big deal at the time and it was pretty much just LionHeart and Reyko and Asmodeus' name rings a bell too, taking advantage of Jaros and I for info. Mafic was also involved, he used to love using MSN to try and trade quest info.. Once was the detective on this case and likes to think he did a lot more work than he really did when all he ever did was ask me what happened and I promptly told him everything cause I wasn't all that fussed and thought LionHeart was the real bad guy. Mafic never really came back after being named and shamed though.. I miss him.

- Selene used to powerlevel me in Aussie lots..

- I once had cybersex with Anatasia (Alayna(?)) for shits and giggles. She loved it.

- I grew up in a time where Zsijn and Singer and Soulstar and a lot of the old PKers were in their prime, I thought junking was just what happened. So when I first got my PK flag, I offered to powerlevel 2 friends if they also got PK flags or something, and promptly junked both of them for no reason at all. In hindsight it was one of the most rude things I've done, one of the players turned out to be blind irl and relied on a reader so wasn't really cut out for PKing heh.

- Exodus probably junked me at least 10+ times, a lot of them were with Hayato's (JumJum at the time) help and planning.

- I think I junked Exodus more than he junked me in the end. I really went on a streak for a while after getting him and Zenathos with the love potion which forced players to follow you.

- I used to have keys to most clan halls and junked multiple DJ's in their own hall, I think every time I tried to junk Exodus in Sics clan hall I fucked things up.

- I once convinced the leader of Dragons, Flute, to make me co-leader because he was going to be away for a week. I proceeded to claim the clan as my own and steal the treasury. Flute threw a fit and complained to Sonya who removed me from the clan for about an hour before being overwhelmed by the commotion her intervention caused and transing me back into the Dragons HQ, although not actually reflagging me as Dragon leader.

- I found a cool bug in the outback where a script would only purge an item you gave to a shopkeeper about 1 second after you gave it to him. If you were fast enough you could buy it back. Unfortunately it cost 100million to buy back, unless you had full charisma, then you could buy it back for about a million. Buying and selling that item netted me at least 3 gold tokens before Mordecai found out.

- I once had the best PK fight ever against JumJum in the arena for KOTY or KOTM or something. It lasted about 15 minutes and involved giving items to each other as weight, sleeping, poison, and just about every other little PK trick you can think of. I won in the end thanks to good old poison 4.

- I was banned for 2 weeks after one of the cheating incidents I think, the day I got back I was rude to that retard Mott who was married to Exodus and must have had an IQ of less than 70, and then Sonya banned me and I ended up being banned for 2 months more.

- One time, Xeriuth tried to coup Jaros for leader of Chaos. For some reason he thought it would be a good idea to get me (Jaros' brother irl) to help him. Needless to say, Jaros and I collaborated in thwarting his attempt, booting him and his 2 minions Tyvaga and Timpo from the clan, and I then proceeded to junk both Tyvaga and Timpo for their insolence. They both deleted but their names were still on our clan list. So Jaros recreated the characters, so they could be expelled and their names would disappear from the clan list. In the 5 minutes or so we were creating and expelling the characters, Xeriuth approached us thinking we were the real Tyvaga and guested us to his House. We then junked his house after stealing all the good stuff.

That's all I can remember for now

Oh I remembered one of my favorite bugs. I used to create characters called Mol, Sol, Bel, Son and a few others I forget, and intercept notes to immortal characters, Molly, Molzilla, Solana, Belgarion, Sonya.. That was a fun bug. 8)

People really complain a lot was all I really found out.

Oh I remembered one of my favorite bugs.

You forgot to mention the time when you remorted an alt about 6 times sitting at Recall, conveying Tradepoints that you'd got from abusing my buggy trading system in Kush.

That one caused quite a stink, and I believe was the starting point of the NooNoo drama.
Title: Re: The greatest and the dirtiest deeds
Post by: Virisin on November 15, 2010, 08:36:32 pm
Oh yeah, 6 remorts hehhhhhh more like 25 remorts sitting at recall. :P

Those were the good times.

- My record time for killing Greenie was about 8 seconds.

- I used to sell basic items you'd buy from shops in Odessin or other totally unexotic places to newbies claiming they were powerful immortal created items.

- I have certainly DTed more than 10 times.

- I remember right at the end of the old code, LionHeart and Reyko said they'd junk me 1000 times before letting me go free, they got it to about 9997 before the new code came in, and then they got me once or twice on the new code when casters were really powerful and I was a shitty thief.

- Hase/Asmoday was my first real rival, I forget who junked who first, but Hase and LionHeart and me went levelling in Aussie one day and they both suddenly tag-teamed me and looted me. I got them back.

- The first clan I tried to join was Table Round, I failed the application. The second clan I tried to join was Dark-Jedi, I failed the application. The third clan I tried to join was Chaos, I managed to get in, and then promptly challenged Drifter to a battle for leader thinking Chaos worked similarly to Dark-Jedi, Drifter expelled me. I spent a lot of time clanless and then finally got into Dark-Jedi around the time LionHeart and Reyko and Hase took over. After falling out with them I was clanless again until just before the start of the new code when I joined Dragons, and I was in Dragons for a bit on the new code too. Then Jaros got leader of Chaos and let me in. :-\

- Alduras and Mouse were two of the highest remorted players early on the new code, up around 80 each thanks to finding good places to use earthquake. With their inspiration I set up triggers to earthquake at the rainbow serpent and I used to be able to gain about 1billion experience and 100million coins in about 20 minutes.

Totally guilty of tricking newbie females into having my child, and also marrying me. I've been married 45 times in 4D, twice to Siresee, Riley, and Sarias, but I've only counted them for one each.

My most "recent" baby trickery was Syntacticsugar, and I'm proud of it. It was pure w!n.

I remember when Alayna had a personal problem with the Dark Jedi's , well mostly with me and Dragonass so she payed Tocharaeh some tokens to junk me
Of course Toch told me so i made the PR gear just like my perzes (apparently she wanted my perzes badly) and i let Toch junk me and get the perzes
When Alayna dropped the stuff into Dragons trophy room , the description was something like "Dark Jedi's rule" can't really remember exactly , but what i do remember is getting a whisper from Molly congratulating me about the awesome plot

hah i like.  okay.

three times on my first day playing my lantern died and i was stuck in olde yorke in the dark not knowing what the fuck was going on so each time typed 'shout HELP!!!' repeatedly until some invisible person from recall came to shut me up.

i am vegetarian IRL and can't remember ever eating meat in game...  although i'm sure i must have at some point.

after witnessing Z and Singer double-team Soulstar and cause Viri to be raped by the assassin, as in Vir's account, i was filled with righteous 14yo rage and vowed to one day be uber enough to PK Z.  i don't know why i hated on him and not Singer but i think it was because i was in awe of Singer for being mute and having the most epic set of perzes i had seen, except possibly Soulstar but the family bias excludes him from idol comparisons. (edit: also Kita. hers were obscenely cool.)  anyway i never killed Z because he stopped playing soon after that.

i joined TR first with no intention of staying there, which was quite mean because they were lovely people but i was a heartless sob.  i then left and applied for Sics but Once didn't let me in.  i later joined his secret RP group back when it was supposedly running Chaos from backstage and he thus convinced Vae to make me Chaos leader when he resigned even though i was much newer than Asmodeus and various other more deserving souls.  Once then said to Mordecai something along the lines of, "man, I've got your cousins wrapped around my pinky," which Mord then conveyed to us in person, so we stopped hanging out with Once and Chaos was thus cleansed of the Sicilian lobby, which we in fact got more out of than Once's pinky did.  (and upon reading that sentence he may actually grace us with an account of his own :D)

Xeriuth actually tried to coup me three times if i remember correctly.  i let him off for the first two because i didn't want to kick him,  then he tried again as Viri said so we junked his house and got banned for two weeks.  after that we came back and i called some morons morons at recall, and little did i know we were basically on zero tolerance so we got 2months that time.  they always had to ban us both because we were on the same IP.  i spent those two months playing alts via mudconnector and holding heated email debates with Molly.  (note: having just re-read Viri's account of that incident re Mott i cannot remember if we both separately abused people, or separately abused the same people, on our first day back, or are each remembering the same event in first person.. any of which is possible.)

on the subject of the coup attempts.. it boggled my mind that people would take either Vir or I into their confidence and proceed to conspire against the other or bitch or gossip about them.  half the time we were both sitting there reading the exchange together and the other half we just shared the interesting logs anyway.  without Viri's social skills i would have remained woefully uninformed.
.. although do note though that after the initial quest-cheating debacle when we were like 12 and 14yo we stopped doing quests together.  we were strictly independent questers after that.

i was the first to get Rainbow Serpent Skin in essentially forever, since Singer or someone.  i should have perzed it immediately because at the time no one knew about it, but i wore it around instead to show off so a couple months later it was everywhere.  i still haven't done the koala quest from that zone.. it's the only one that has ever so thoroughly defeated me.  apparently it's easy.

years after i stopped playing i came back for a week, became Dragons leader and robbed their treasury (maybe $2bil?), then left again.  i think it was in retaliation for something but i forget what.  i think it was more for giggles.

there was a mob in old west who gave a brass token in return for a tv remote or something but the remote could be stolen back and instantly repeated.  i made 20 gold off it one brass at a time, then reported it, got given one shitty bronze and felt vindicated.  better yet, the mob's name was Molly ;D

there were other bugs that i can't remember.

i used to have alias's to take me from recall to virtually any zone in the game but i don't think that was especially unique.

like Viri said we've still got keys to Sicilians' backdoor, DJ's dungeon and Saints' pleasure pit, as well as houses full of other rare and interesting items we can't remember the origins nor uses of.

i got to Balrog right at the start of the current code, got rolled by him because i only had 3 remorts and never went back, so i still don't have Orcrist :(

i only ever spent the absolute bare minimum time doing anything repetitive like leveling or farming (Hayato's abilities blow my mind in that respect), which was why i didn't want to go mining again.  instead i spent literally all of my time exploring and doing quests, so i've been everywhere and done virtually everything, minus some stuff that's been added since i left and the odd thing i just failed at like that fucking koala.

that's what i remember for now.  oldfags! convince more oldfags to post interesting things here!

Balrog is bullshit, let's just keep it at that :P  Even with T4 hunter with 40 remorts, he still owns you in 1 hit.  If not for the wand of recall, he's basically impossible.

That koala quest.  The first time I was ever there, I completed it, along with a slew of other quests that gave useless rewards (yeah, you're not missing much).  I didn't keep notes, but nowadays I can't redo the quest either. :-\

The zone was fun though, one of the few zones I did from start to end with zero outside help and with no idea what the reward was.  When I got the reward, I was basically thinking "isn't this one of the seriously cool items people parade around with? :O"  Unfortunately, this was one of the quests Exo went nuts on me, so it's probably partly my fault everyone ended up with one nowadays.

yea the zone was one of my favourites because it's all just mazes.  good effort.  fuck.. you were too good to hang out with Exodus.  your invincible GM caster repeatedly raping me way back whenever inflated his ego to disgusting proportions even by his standards.  speaking of which, i remember when Sonya updated the Gossip and just so happened to be in love with the guy IRL at the time (/she probably still is?  somehow..), the end result being a shameless three paragraph ode to his brilliance that wasn't even amusing.  fortunately Molly fixed it.

Viri killed Balrog somehow..  Viri!  how was it done?

oh also, those ranged magical attacks were what got me all my big mob items  :D.  i've never been caster but when Vir was one he took both Voltron and Gojira down to virtually dead so i could kill them.  i think Gojira still killed me like three times before i had time to finish him.

I con confidently state that I killed Gojira twice on my own.

the first time I spent a sum 5-6 hours doing it as a thief. Just after I killed him the mud crashed because someone was doing something that could cause the mud to crash thus robbing me of my awesome claim.

I did it a second time with  a few more reports in my belt, and as a ranger.

Concerning Balrog, Viri told me his secret.

Which was apparently when Balrog was easy to kill, Viri killed him then.  Not sure if it's true or not, because I don't think Virisin has visited Balrog recently, and maybe he just thought it was easy and I thought it was hard.  I still think it's a bullshit fight :D

Lets see.. I killed Gojira once each on 4 different chars:
1st was a GM caster with about 60ish? remorts.  Don't remember the exact number.  It took the longest out of my 4 chars.  Several hours.

2nd was with a T4 11 remort hunter.  It took about 2 hours, give or take.

3rd was a GM hunter with 36 remorts.  It was really really quick, less than 1 hour to kill.

4th was with a T4 20ish remort.. something.  I can't quite remember.  Thief I think.  I took advantage of "something" that seriously hindered Gojira's ability to hit me.  I could actually tank him for half a minute of constant combat before having to flee.  It was glorious.  This one didn't take long either.  A bit longer than number 3, but way quicker than number 2.

Now just what exactly that "something" is, I wonder :D  Ironically, I could probably do the same thing to Balrog, but I didn't invent this method until my 4th time killing Gojira, and it was the number 3 char that killed Balrog.

Well, I think Viri might have killed Balrog before the tiers were implemented.

He would have been a plain tier 0, level 150 mob back then.
Now he is Tier 4, level 125, which of course makes him badass, especially since there is nowhere to flee to, unless you have the return wand.

Shouldn't be totally impossible though.
Gojira for instance is Tier 4, level 150.
Voltron is Tier 4, level 85, but of course he's a segmented 4-headed mob.
Title: Re: The greatest and the dirtiest deeds
Post by: Hayato on February 22, 2011, 09:11:06 pm
It actually is pretty much impossible.

The big difference is, it's almost impossible to return to the balrog if you die, due to the way secret rooms in the mines work.  You can probably manage to return to the balrog about 3 times per reboot before it becomes totally impossible.  Then there's the fact if you auto-flee, you'll probably end up falling into the lava, getting severely hurt, if not dying right away.  Of course you can get around both of these factors with the wand, which is the only reason I managed to kill him.

With Voltron and Gojira, you can return to them an infinite number of times, as long as you're diligent enough.  In terms of actual difficulty, factoring everything including surroundings, mob toughness, and the situation, I'd probably only rate Gojira as 3rd most difficult mob in the mud, with Balrog and Orion respectively ahead.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the fact Gojira's encircle somehow goes beyond the damage limit, causing it to do 0 damage, which makes his fireball script and bash the only dangerous part of his fight.  With balrog though, thanks to removing 25 levels, his encircle fits within the damage limit, which is usually just enough to 1-hit any player from full HP, making him considerably deadlier.

Thank you for jump-starting my memory Mr. Johnkarner, aka ex-Chaos member Timpo.  Don't feel you have to hide; I am sorry but I will not respect such a decision.  :D

Addendum to my original:
Yes Timpo masterfully spearheaded a Chaos operation by winning Flute's confidence and obtaining his clan in a manner of perfectly legitimate deception only to have it stolen back by Sonya when Flute returned to cry.  We were all rightfully outraged, as I said, so as of that day we considered Dragons to be the rightful property of Chaos.  THAT was the forgotten reason for my symbolic take and treasury heist a few years ago.

I had to share this because it all fell into place so nicely.

My favourite time was when Lain/Natalya/Claire became a prostitute and cybered with the majority of the mud.

And also when I left the Vampires and became a Sicilian, apparently I stole the whole clan treasury and Vae went batty. I still have the mails!

Heh - was that the time he ended up DDosing the Mud?

I got a lot of entertainment out of Lain's cybering too.
At one time she was cybering two guys at the same time, one in the same room and the other one over tells.

Both of the guys involved continuously cut-and-pasted her lines from the screen and sent them to me.
I almost fell off my chair laughing...

I liked when i tricked nauzhror to make the 18d18 machete into a wieldable weapon.
and then somehow made kvetch perz it for me. i had this for 6 months. until assface xeriuth.
ratted me out. also liked that i looted myself to my first house. as in fizban practically gave me my first house.
since he was so smart as to be carrying 5 gold tokens. which he then said was xeriuths. which just made it THAT much more
awesome. thanks! also i liked when Once asked to come back to sicilians as my right hand man and I said HELL NO HAHAh my proudest moment as to growing up idolizing Once. not that that in particular is a dirty deed. but it sure as hell is funny.

I remember the classic Emory cybering posts that would end up on gossip XD

Also, I coordinated the DJ drama that allowed me to steal power from Emory, and Jee via a fantastic love triangle of epic levels. All this to make Alabaster be proud of me and gain some street cred with the old sicilians at the time during the epic pk wars.

I also allowed Exodus to "use" me to get me into Sicilians so that I would eventually become Godfather. It was pretty epic actually.

Also: Good ol' day DJ when Dj wasn't gay-  Used to buy cups of coffee from the dj store, and then turn around and sell them to another shop in the clan hall. Spent 5 coins, and turned a profit of 299,994 coins ;) That was the tightest kept secret in DJs since Darkwolfe.

lol, as if I'd be the right hand man of an idiot. One of my dirty deeds (but certainly not my dirtiest) was constantly fucking with Jason when he was younger. I used to send vaguely threatening sounding tells like "I know what you did" and log off. Then I'd log onto an alt and watch him freak. This went on for a number of years and only really stopped after he built up confidence from becoming CL of the Sicilians (which is a sad shadow of what it was), and remorted 50 times.

Maybe I'll make a more elaborate post later.

Lots of good times here for certain. Many aforementioned. Jaros and Viri got me good quite a number of times!

I think before the tier implementation, on the new port code, Malfestus was the only one who completed the quest for the Orcrist. I was the second if I remember, but a bit later, after that Exodus, Virisin, Jumjum at the time?, Robert, Lionheart, Jason, and Erwin (not positive) followed, uncertain on the exact order anymore, just remember being the first after a very long time of nobody getting it. I think it took me getting it to set Viri on having to finally finish it. I did it prior to return wands.. my way of doing it was a simple alias and bring a pet and my mount. I simply gave tons of potions to my mount and pet, and ordered them to drop them in the room next to the boss, and a simple alias to go into room, behead, retreat west, quaff potions, and repeat. each behead may have done like .5 % of his health, but after enough rotations he surely went down.
Remembering how hard Greenie was back in old port, I wouldn't have liked to see Balrog back then...

Gojira was a tough mob, but I didn't beat him until I was a GM and had damn near infinite casts of cure critic, so just did tank as long as I could, with a high wimpy, then heal in between.

Voltron I would say was one of the toughest, not as much at first but more so after he was 'fixed' once upon a time you could blackjack his hounds, and just fight him one on one, but I think they were eventually made unblackjackable. So you needed another way to fight him which was attack a hound and then have it 'hunt' you to the next room. then you do that and kill each hound on at a time until it was just V. Now I believe that's not a possibility and you have to pretty much fight all 5 at the same time making it a lot of damage against you. Damage shaming even Goji.  This is all what I remember, may or may not be the case.

I still think Erwin and I are the only two to have found all of the zone flags currently in the game. Virisin was close behind us and I'm certain could find the remainder of the flags if he set out to do it..

I was always looking forward to finishing the 12 deeds of Hercules, I know there is a few others out there that got to the same point and I'm sure want the same thing!

There are probably lots of other things out there, but those are what come to mind atm. Can't wait to get back into the game. Only 4 months left of this deployment! At work I can't connect to the game due to security settings, can only get to the forums here. And after work I only have roughly 30min at the MWR computers to talk to my wife and get on the game. Definitely excited to try Avalon!

Johnkarner: holy shit that post was me but I have no idea why it came as Johnkarner.. I forgot my password for a while but I don't ever remember making that name up. I definitely made that post though, that was my prank not Timpo's. lol

Also, I killed the balrog many times. It was how I used to level my Orcrist. I could kill it nude with only the Orcrist wielded so I would gain maximum experience from a prolonged fight. Mob strength and player strength have been changed so many times the difficulty of those badass mobs has been vastly inconsistent throughout the years. I once killed Greenie in 9 seconds. That was when I was doing 15k TERMINAL's every hit and beheads did a ridiculous amount of damage. I forget the specifics of what has changed but it's changed a lot, and the hardest thing about Moria now is the Orcs. I havn't even fought Balrog since the Orcs changed so intensely.

Also Jason, I got Solana to change the scimitar to 18d18 wieldable, but then told her because I was so amused immediately afterwards and she had a fit. You just copied me after I bragged about it too much.

This isn't a dirty deed by me, but by Riley and her Saints.

Shortly after I joined this place, a.k.a. day 2. Riley found it necessary to show me a brochure for the saints.
She dropped it and said you can grab that and look at it. It's a good read. Being completely new to mudding
I did what she recommended. I then promptly spent the next week or so stuck in their dungeon unable to leave.
With them coming to entertain me at various times.... It was a learning experience to say the least....
Odd part is I should have just quit and never come back after that....

I once screwed someone over and made them cry. It was pretty great. It got me hard too, which makes it kind of dirty I think.

I can't remember if I've already said this but one of my personal favorites was when I managed to somehow get an (IMM) flag on my character (no one ever figured out why, myself included) and then tried to use the revert command, or whatever the command is that imms use to set themselves as normal characters that show with (IMM) flags, but all it did when I used it was remove the flag, set me at level 1, but not alter my stats at all.. So when I relevelled up to level 50, with full con equipment on and high charisma, I got up to 12k HP and was pretty much unbeatable in PK for about a year before I let people know.. heh

i once killed all the PK dark jedis and junked them and made them all quit.

zsijn was made into a social which meant to kill and junk someone

some lame ass imm followed suit and made a juno social for some reason.  So I used Ish to edit said social so it looked the same when she did it but to everyone else it said something about dropping to her knees ready to suck you off or something

before i was pk i attacked lonewolf and got a killer flag.  I was perfectly content to sit in llano where noone could summon me until molly finally agreed to make me pk.

i was the first person to get an orcrist.  then discovered an epic bug with it.  you gained exp fighting the Sorceror guild guard.  and if you bashed him(he was no bash) removed that face plate with innate invis and rewore it he wouldnt see you and youd be stuck in combat gaining exp on the orcrist but not taking damage

i forgot more of my bad deeds then most of you have done...
