I agree with Kvetch. Non-Pks should have to go through pks just for the fact they have no worry about any type of retaliation. This way the person who they go through has to weigh the risk and the reward.


Idea to allow NON PKs to get involved
To get around that issue we could also reintroduce an old idea of also being able to hire an assassin mob to hunt down your enemies. Either make is so you can send it hunt any player regardless of having Pk flag or not, or make it so if a non pvp players hires one, it flags them for a week.  While they're flagged it allows them to be the target of assassin mobs. If the assassin succeeds, then you would be rewarded with that players scalp.

Additional Terms
You could also maybe pay more to have it take a random item. If they take a random item maybe they get flagged with killer, thief,  or a new type of flag for x amount of mud hours and the timer only tics while they are online. Which thus enables them to be the target of pks while the flag is enabled.




But in the end i think the following is at least needed regardless of the route we go:

  • [Non pks need to have to either not be able to make bounties or hire assassins without going through a pk or have some type of risk involved for them hiring  an assassin or making an bounty.'
  • There should also maybe be a remort requirement before you can hire or make bounties to avoid people making secret characters just to hire or make a bounty.
     
  • You can only set a bounty or hire an assassin against any one person 1-2 times per month to avoid harassing a player.

With the new arti system coming in clan halls are going to be open up to the public and will also require new defences. I figured some people want to freshen up their old clan hall and give it a new look for other people to see. And I thought using gold would be a fair payment system across the board for all the clans, considering some of the smaller more inactive clans dont have as many people as others that can help donate tokens and such.


I figured a list of easy scripts could be listed that can be paid with gold. along with rooms mobs and maybe items?

It also could just be a one timer offer..

I would rather it not be a one time offer, but i could live with it. DJS currently have 42billion gold or something like that in our guild treasury with nothing to spend it on.



The guild buffs idea was just something to create a money hole. If im not making sense i apologize Im half asleep and cant fall asleep.

What do you think of allowing people to upgrade their clan halls with their clan treasury? We have no use for clan treasury

Maybe allow small changes to be done with gold rather then tokens for clan halls.

Room improvement/New Rooms, New Mobs, certain scripts, upgrading mob levels, Standard equipment/potions?

also guild buffs can be purchased with clan treasury. Str/speed/cha/damage/exp/regen buffs that last x days. Buffs that are not buffs that you can currently get in game.

Bigger more complex scripts crashproof rooms would still be tokens only.

bounties can only be claimed by players from another clan. U risk letting your alt being known u collected a free bounty then u risk that alt being removed from the clan and being known.

Deeds are to easily obtained. Even creating some type of system to protect them, It's not going to work very well especially with the stronger players. At the max it takes me 5 mins to collect a deed from a zone. Some zones I spend more time walking to get the deed, then I will getting the deed.

We need to effectively increase the difficulty of getting the deeds.

I also think the personal rewards you get for reaching milestones is just bad. I honestly would rather see tokens. Tokens would motivate people more :P.


I also personally favor the making an army..

to make an army it deducts gold from your treasury, mobs level/tier is based off the players level/tier. If a player cant quest or hunt in that area then they needs to work with their clan to make it so they can go there.

Spells like Weaken, Corrupt Armor, Poison 1(incurable with time limit), Slow are good debuffs.

Buffs would need to be buffs that are not already ingame buffs. Like a speed buff thats separate from our haste, damage buff, Health/Move/Mana regeneration buff/Healing overtime buff.

Just some babbling.
