And I would suggest that newbies who are thinking about joining a clan should talk to other players and older players as well. And get input from others and then talk to the clan leader(s) and find out what the clan is about and what your responsibilities are.

There are many clans to choose from on 4d, but if you can't satisfy your character's
needs by joining one of them, being a loner is a very logical and respectable alternative.
