I understand the idea about trying to make it more competitive, but sometimes it can be quite spammy..

Esp if you are trying to write a note or post on the board the announcements got through when usually nothing else does. Now our immortal channel does but that makes sense. We need to Poke Once with a big stick or bribe him with something to put this in. :)

I agree.
For those of us that don't care about which clan is currently on top, the messages are spammy.
A toggle is a relatively simple thing, and gives the option to turn them off.

Ive talked to Once about and I know others have complained he just doesn't want to add it. And it can be extremely annoying at times.

All i can say is pester Once!

though he said he wasnt going to do anything while hes in Florida I think. Im not sure if he was hinting that he will put a toggle in when he returns home or not.

Make sure thats the deed capture display is on when you create a new character. So new players see it.
