I've been talking to a new member who I know from school, and it seems he can't remember his password. I've looked, and I can't find a password recovery system anywhere. Could I get some help?

I was fighting a thief earlier and for the life of me, I couldn't snare him. I was winning, but when I got him down to 20% health... he fled. 
What this meant was tha I had to chase him down, and they're not easy to chase. So, I was wondering. "Why didn't I get experience for that?" After all, you lose experience when you flee. So, you should gain it when others flee, right?

Okay, I've been wandering around, trying to find my way to trainers so that I can max out my skills. And while doing so, I've been wondering. Why? Why should we have to wander all over time to learn class skills.
Our guildmasters are tier 4, so they should be able to teach us all this stuff. I realize that this might be too "easy," since you would know exactly where to go, but it would make more sense.
