What a cool idea! All the chosen damsels in distress will be whisked away to a specific area in a dangerous maze full if peril. And once rescued, the couple then has to continue on towards group mobs and various other dangers and challenges, ending with a pk battle at the end for whoever is left standing. Only couples can win so each spouse will have to ensure his/her sweetheart survives or they are disqualified.

We should hold a sweetheart pk tournament. Couple against couple. Last couple standing gets cash prize. We can do couple vs couple at a time and use bracket system to track wins, maybe double elimination tournament. Tag team matches perhaps? Or we could hold a free for all king of the hill type fight where the last couple standing wins the prize. Or perhaps a tri-event tournament that encompasses all three? What do you think? Make the entry fee be one gold per couple and winner takes all? Any other ideas?

It would be awesome to be able to have more choices as a warrior for weapons to cleave with other than just longswords. I support the idea!

I would love to see a locate newbie ability added to the whistle so that Helpers can see what room a newbie is in without having to go to them. Like the BBV with PKers but with newbies.

ah i didnt know it was the same flag. I always cast all my spells first, then do the skill buffs.So by the time I get to FORTIFY, I already have it.

So when it says "OK you'll stop fortifying your body", it doesn't really stop fortifying?  It has to wait for the spell to wear out? (I ask because I have tried to toggle on FORTIFY several times in a row and it always says "Ok, you'll stop fortifying your body". )

There is nothing going on with it. That is the problem. Regardless of how long it has been since I last typed "Fortify", regardless if I have  been logged on for hours or just now logged on, regardless of any of my other stats.... Fortify always results in: Ok You'll stop fortifying your body

I don't know how else to expand on it. It just doesn't ever toggle on.

Please fix fortify skill. I always get the message: Ok you'll stop fortifying your body.

It doesn't work at all ever under any circumstances. And it has been that way for months.  I have filled out bug reports on it and nothing has happened with it so far. It is a valuable skill so it really sucks no to have it.

We do have attacks that hit all enemies in the room. This is not to say that we couldn't use a different one, possibly one that uses a different elemental. I am wondering if you were thinking of an innate like truestrike and phase rather than being an AOE skill on its own. If so, I have some thoughts on that.

It would be cool to have an innate skill that automatically divides the damage to all mobs in the room. This would effectively make all attack skills like an AOE. I assume that hitting one person with a skill would do more damage to that one person than it would if I were using that same skill as an AOE against more than one person at the same time. But this would give certain melee classes the ability to have good AOE skills to counter caster's mana blast.

A downside I see to this is that a PKiller with this innate toggled on would have to be careful if grouped, but that is something all PKillers are supposed to be careful with anyway.

YES!! That sounds great! Let's give casters their own midas touch equivalent!

Re: Irongrip
Sure, why not? Disarm is a useful PK skill, so adding irongrip as an innate would be useful as a counter to it. Perhaps it could be disabled when it blocks a disarm. That way it doesn't completely render the disarm skill useless. Or have it work a percentage of the time, like sanctuary.


Re: Exhaustion
There are poisons and subskills that do this type of thing. Maybe exhaustion could be like it but different. Perhaps make it less effective than certain poisons and subskills,or have its effectiveness depend on the attacker's own stamina/strength. (like manablast:mana for casters). Or exhaustion can be very strong but very short lived and have along delay between uses.

This sounds like mirror shield. Is that what you were going for? Or am I misunderstanding?

I would like to see the newbie quests give more xp. That would encourage questing and perhaps build confidence in questing.  Gaining levels by hacking and slashing is fine too, but I would love to see the new guys out there questing.
