which case you may want to consult a trained professional.. Other than that though I'm sure
we have it covered. :-P

As for being a newbie, we all have to start somewhere so don't feel odd or embarrassed about
asking any questions. No one can just know everything about everything... Or at least they
shouldn't because that's cheating...
