Tor, my dear,  I believe Once was just saying that he used necromancy to raise the dead thread - thus thread necromancy.  Anyway, not sure how strongly people feel about this compared to other things.

There must be lots of things that we need more.

Still, I am currently watching reruns of Stargate SG-1 on telly, and it amuses me no end how every race in the universe speaks fluent American, although a few of them sometimes utter phrases like 'Kree!' (which apparently is supposed to mean anything).
But who said a Mud must be logical? Or a television show?

Kvetch, thanks for clearing that up for me. Sometimes the obvious, as well as the arcane escapes my grasp. I have to agree with Molly, 'merican seems to be the universal language, and what's logic got to do with it?  :-[
