Port old website

WIP - We could port the in game docs to the wiki. Many of the docs could use updating and expanding. And it may be useful to have them on the wiki anyway.

  • The ingame help files have been parsed and imported via isibot, this will require redirects for clean linking due to the naming convention of the help files and how media wiki handles searching.
