CHILLTOUCH TOUCH

Usage: cast 'chill touch' <victim>

Duration: Instantaneous

This spell chills the victim. A victim failing its saving throw will get

its strength reduced.

This is a Tier 1 spell. Those can be learned at the Class Guildmaster
