SUMMON NOSUMMON
Usage: cast 'summon' <victim>
Duration: Instantaneous
Casting this spell conjures your victim to your location. This spell will not
work in a room that can't be summoned to or if your victim is in a room that
can't be summoned from. It also will not work if the victim has nosummon on.
Also, your victim can be no greater than 3 levels above you.
With the toggle NOSUMMON you can protect yourself from other players trying
to summon you to their location.
