CALLLIGHTNING LIGHTNING
Usage: cast 'call lightning'
Duration: between 1 and 40 seconds
This spell allows the caster to draw a series of lightning bolts
from the clouds above and fry the victim.
The bolts strike random victims in a room.
The worse the weather is, the more damage they do and the faster they come.
