GLADIATORRULES

The Gladiators have their own set of rules:

  1. The Gladiators are all similar level and tier, and have equally balanced
stats and equipment. There are 2 sets of Gladiator for each of the 8 classes,
all in all 16 different Gladiator chars.
  2. The Gladiators in the Official Events will normally be lotted among the
competitors, but on request there can also be other types of games,
    for instance
  - same Class duels
  - free choice of Class duels
  - free choice of Gladiator duels.
  1. Immediately before an event, the competitors will get access to the
password of their assigned Gladiator, and keep this access as long as the
event lasts. Immediately after the event the passwords will be changed back
again, and only be accessible for imms. During the event but between fights
Gladiators will only have access to the Gladiator School and Training Arena.
  2. Tracks will be kept on the results of each official Gladiator Game, and also
of which player that ran them during each event. These records will be kept
in the Gladiator Hall of Fame.
  3. If one Gladiator Class is found to be significantly superior to the others
during the events, (regardless of who runs the char), this should lead to
the balance between the Classes being tweaked.
  4. The usual rule against multiplaying applies to the Arena too. You may not
have any other char logged on while running a Gladiator.
  5. Anyone caught cheating with the Gladiators, for instance by getting
unapproved access to the passwords or posing as a 'new' player, will be
barred from ALL Gladiator events for the time of 6 months. Isp addresses
can and will be checked, if necessary).
