Usage: cast 'colour spray' <victim>

Duration: Instantaneous

A succesful casted colourspray will blind the victim making it harder for

him to hit you. This spell is more powerful than the lightning bolt spell.

This is a Tier 1 spell. Those can be learned at the Class Guildmaster
