THROTTLE GAROTTE BRAVO
Usage: throttle <victim>
garotte <victim>
Throttle and garotte are thief subskills, and you also need to have the
skill strangle practiced to learn them.
The first time you use strangle you'll obtain the subskill throttle.
Throttle will allow you to use a garotte item.
To get those subskills, you need to find a retired Condottiere named
Orsini, and say to him; 'I want to become a bravo'.
He will then give you the chance to prove your capacity by sending you
on some missions.
