Usage: freeze <player> <amount> <Days/Hours>

Freeze is only available for imms and heroes.

Freezing a player disables all movement and quitting from that player.

If a player acts against the game rules and if several warnings doesn't make

him stop freeze can be used as a last resort. If you freeze anyone, you will

need to justify your action in a note to admin.
