AC is your armor class.  It is a number from -100 to 100.

If you have a total of +25 ARMOR from various items you are wearing and a few spells.

R) In the Room menu, type first A, then the vnum of the room for the shop.
  
So you have 5 pieces of armor on, each of those items would get a bonus +5 AC.

If the shopkeeper is a wandering mob, you have to type in all the rooms

SEDIT

To make a shop, you must first make the mob to be shopkeeper, and the things

to sell, and then reset them in the shop room (GIVE the items to the mob).

Remember to set a cost on the items, or they cannot be sold.

0) The vnum of the Shopkeeper should be the same as the Shop Number.

6) The sell rate should be set to 1,0 and the buy rate to 0,1
