After you have played the Mud a while, you will most likely find yourself

lugging along lots of stuff. This is not a good thing, because if your hands

are full or you are carrying too much weight, you will not be able to get the

possibly more useful thing that you may find later.

Obvious measures, like putting all your belongings in a container, or boosting

your carry ability with strength potions, will only help temporarily.

The easiest and cheapest way to store your surplus items, is to create a new

character, and use it as 'storage char'. Due to our rules about MULTIPLAY, you

are not allowed to have two chars on line simultaneously, so you'll have to

give a bag with your items to a friend to hold, while you log out one char and

in the next to take over the items. Or just drop it on the floor. There is a

minute chance of the mud crashing during the few seconds in between, which

would cause you to lose the items, but it is really very small.

Safer, but also a lot more expensive ways are to rent a LOCKER or buy a HOUSE.
