practice <skill>

practice <spell>

Before you can actually use a skill or a spell you must first learn it at

least once at a Guildmaster. Each time you level you'll earn practice sessions

that you can use to learn a skill or spell. Type practice to see how many

sessions you have.

There's a Guildmaster one north, east from Recall; Lionel in Mudschool is a

Guildmaster and also each clan has it's own Guildmaster. The higher your tier

the more you can practice it at a Guildmaster. The max is 80% though as

tier 4. To get the skill/spell to the maximum level (97%) you'll have to use

or cast it. To actually learn something at the Guildmaster type practice

<skill/spell> for example practice mount.

If your INT is 22 you'll be able to see how far you've practiced something in

percentages, otherwise the more # you see next to a skill/spell the more

you've learned something. Some skills like melee can't be learned through use

though, you'll obtain more knowledge of them during battle.

Keep in mind that you will need gold in addition to your earned practice

sessions if you wish to increase your skills at any Guildmaster. As they

go up in proficiency so will the cost to increase them again as well.

PRACTICE SKILLS will give you a list of all skills you can currently learn.

PRACTICE SPELLS gives you a list with all current spells you can learn.

PRACTICE SUBS lists all subskills you've found and learned.
