The most basic mining equipment is sold outside the mine. However, as you

get along, you'll come across much better equipment inside the mine.

There are two kinds of tools: shovels and pickaxes, for soft and hard ground.

You'll also come across equipment for feet, hands, head and body.

Most of those items have different abilities. Some enhance your mining speed,

others enable you to detect and disarm traps in the tunnels, or to find the

'special' rooms. Yet others make it possible to sneak past aggressive mobs.

Most of this equipment is useless except for mining purposes, but there ARE

some notable exceptions.

Most of the items found around the mine have some practical use. Even the

canary cage.

You are NOT allowed to personalize any item found in the Mines.
